Our in-house team of Care Managers is composed of experienced professionals who come from diverse backgrounds in social work, behavioral health, and other relevant fields. Each member of our team undergoes comprehensive training in family health support. Additionally, the Care Team receives instruction in navigating family member-specific requirements, medical bills & debt, tax qualifications and school, caretaker and accessibility forms to provide tailored guidance to assist families in navigating a family member’s health concern, even in the most challenging situations. While your Care Manager can assist with general guidance and information about legal and financial matters, they are not health legal or accounting professionals, and cannot provide you with specific health legal or financial advice. (Please see our Terms of Service for more details.) Care managers are not health experts and you must consult a medical health professional. If you need specific legal, health or financial advice, a Care Manager is available to help you potentially search for local professionals who can help you and your family.
